This website is operated by A-Line Labs, a DBA of NA & AA Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send a message, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you choose, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.

Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical details of each request (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.

What we don't do

• We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels.
• The site doesn't set cookies.
• Fonts are served from this site, not loaded from third-party font services.
• We don't sell or rent personal information, or share it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: a hosting provider that serves the website, and an email delivery provider that sends contact-form messages to our inbox. They process information only on our behalf, to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@alinelabs.dev and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and its date.
